Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By accessing or using the seri33 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Account Creation, Security & Account Policy
Account Registration
To access the full range of seri33 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user may only hold one registered account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. seri33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
Account Suspension & Closure
Seri33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, provides false information during registration, or takes any action that harms the platform or other users. Balances in frozen accounts are subject to further investigation before any resolution is made.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a seri33 user, you agree to:
- Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or exploit the platform.
- Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform, its servers, or related networks.
- Not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
- Comply with all local laws applicable to online betting activities in Malaysia.
- Not to engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or promotion abuse.
Users who violate any of the above rules may face immediate action, including account termination, forfeiture of balance, and legal proceedings where applicable.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the seri33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including internet banking (FPX), e-wallets, and other methods available at the time of transaction.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated on the payment page. seri33 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the current limits set by the platform.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our verification procedures. seri33 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal to safeguard user funds. Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities. Bonus funds are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
